Teen Jailed for 'Video Game' Murder

Once again, video games are in the news for all the wrong reasons...

Lamar Roberts, 18, has recieved 36 years in jail for performing a move from 'Mortal Kombat' on a 7-year old, Zoe Garcia. Garcia's half-sister, 17-year old Heather Trujillo has recieved 6 years in Colorado's youth system for the offence, committed while babysitting the infant.

I wonder what move they did. Also, it was a seven year old kid that was killed (not an infant). Still.... so sad. Kids these days...

Yeah, it's sad. Sometimes you wonder what makes them think that the person they're doing the move on won't get hurt. I dunno where the 'infant' bit came from though when I was writing that...

I'm betting they didn't mean to kill the kid, but were just horsing around. Accidents happen all the time, even before video games.
