Halo 3 test available on Xbox Live May 16

Microsoft Game Studios said on Tuesday a test of the new "Halo 3" game will be available May 16 on its Xbox Live online gaming service.

The test of the wildly anticipated game for the Xbox 360 console supports online competition and will finish on June 6. "Halo 3" is slated for a holiday release and stars Master Chief, who must save mankind from the grip of Covenant rule.

"Halo" and "Halo 2," both for the original Xbox console, have sold nearly 15 million units worldwide and boosted sales of that console.

I guess you know what I'll be doing that night. Should I call in sick the next day?

I would be 'ill' that day as well if i had an Xbox 360.

Did anyone get into the Halo 3 beta? You had to have a code that you got if you bought the game Crackdown. I wanna hear some real hands-on experience before I plop down sixty bux when it comes out in September.
