So it looks like Billy-boy is keeping his trap shut on that whole obscure Xbox 2 thing. Oh well. We were hoping for a miracle, and we didn’t get it. Instead he gave the world a peek at his deadpan delivery with Conan, and overall common-man stature — which is nice of him, since I was feeling kind of down today. He touted the Xbox’s success,
pointing out that it outsold the PS2 in 2004. That makes the brain twist, doesn’t it? (Note: Apparently, he meant it outsold the PS2 in the US in the last few months.)
He raced with Conan on Xbox for awhile, which isn’t quite as exciting as announcing the Xbox 2, but we’ll take what we can. And like it.
Oh yeah, according to our buddies at Engadget, they got a blue screen on the Xbox before they started playing around with it. Now that’s comedy!
