Filed under: Culture, Nintendo DS, Gamecube, Mac, PC, PlayStation 2, Sony PSP, XboxNow that the memory of Christmas '05 is starting to fade, the emptiness of your wallet is no doubt becoming
very clear to you. Unluckily for your wallet, retailers (in the UK at least) know about your nearly empty wallet and
are offering up a few bargains in the post Capitalist Christmas days in the hope that they might suck
away any remaining cash. Pretty much every high street store in the UK has some form of sale going on at the moment.
Most notably among the online retailers, GAME and Amazon are offering a few pretty sweet game deals.
Amazon's January
sale includes Quake 4 at the low price point of only
£14 and is now Amazon's 5th best selling item across the store. GAME is also selling off a couple of gems at cut down prices.
Check out the Xbox versions of XIII
for 98p and Splinter Cell:
Chaos Theory for only £4.98.If you've found any decent post-Christmas video game deals (UK
or otherwise) make sure to drop us a line in the comments thread. Tis' the season for sharing after all!Permalink*|*Email this*|*Linking*Blogs*|*Comments Ads by Google
