PSP release date announced for Europe
Finally, Sony have given a release date for the PSP in Europe. The PSP will be released on Thursday 1st September 2005 . This is disappointing for many as predictions expected it to be released around May/June to stop the Nintendo DS gaining a huge head start. Many internet shops had offered pre-orders for around that time, expecting an earlier release. Many will have to wait a bit longer (unless they import for £300).
The PSP will be released (as the value pack version) for £179.99
