Games that you can't stop playing
What games do you play that you just can't stop playing or just keep going back to? There's a lot of games out there that do this, but people always debate these. Here's some of mine;
Pro Evolution Soccer
Final Fantasy 7 and 10
NBA Street Vol. 2
Football Manager Handheld
Worms
I know i've probably forgotten some that i like, but you cant play them all at the same time. What are your favourites???

.hack is a game (games?) i'm close to finishing, but it's repetitive game mode can put you off for a while, which is a problem. I hope that's changed for the G.U. series. It really is a good game, but it shouldn't be on 4 different discs when a whole final fantasy fits into 1 and needs to have a bit more variation to it.
DDR (or Dancing Stage) is brilliant. It gives people the illusion that you can actually dance and exercise as you do it with a calorie burner in the PS1 versions. I always seem to play when i'm in the arcade, but i must start playing that again.

I wasn't criticising, I was just saying how they really could of put the .hack series into 1 game or at most, 2. The game itself is limited in the way that it works, with the levels basically the same. The images for the backgrounds are impressive though, and the way it links up with the .hack//sign manga series as well. I just think it could have been so much better if there was more variation to the levels and i hope .hack//G.U. does that.

Look, I'm posting! I'm not dead. i just currently lack the internet and a laptop!
I've seen a couple of videos for GU and the fighting looks a lot better than the SIGN series. Its more combo based, with a lot more close combat moves that can be accessed without using a menu. It should help the battles flow more. I also think you have the ability to change weapons according to the situation. Not 100% about that but i've seen pictures of the main character holding twin blades and another with him holding a ridiculously large, jagged sword. This should dramatically improve the variation of the game.

This is sick, but I can't stop playing Solitaire on my phone (running Windows Mobile). I play Vegas rules, and I'm in $20k in the hole. Bah!

lol, i'm rubbish at vegas rules. I can do ok on timed, but its the restrictions on flicking through the panel which messes me up.
This does remind me though, i'm playing minesweeper at lot at the moment, but i can't do expert level (yet...)

I've become completely addicted to the original Doom all over again. I found my Ultimate Doom trilogy CD a couple of days ago and made the mistake of installing it. I'd forgotten how good it is. Someone please help!

Well, your computer will probably breakdown and explode in the next month again, so that will stop you for about 2 months while they 'fix it'. Then they'll wipe your hard-drive again, allowing you to be addicted to something else. That'll sort out your problem, but give you a bigger one to deal with after though.
I havent stopped playing Pro Evo since i got the new one, but not as often as usual (damn coursework). Considering it is probably the no.1 multiplayer game in the UK, i suppose you have to practice a bit to beat your mates 7-0
