I heard a rumour about a new PSP to have a fold-out screen, like the DS, and a new d-pad. I've seen a picture too, but i'm not sure if it was real or not.

Can anyone confirm it or is it just a rumour?

i thinhk it might be a rumor. cause the only updates they are gonna do for the psp will be software updates. still it would be pretty funny if that did happen.

No idea. I've seen the same picture but no official comment. Might just be a rumour.

Sounds like a bad case of Nintendo-envy to me, but all the same, anyone got a URL for the picture?

Cant find a link to the picture anywhere. I think I saw it in a magazine, though it has to be online somewhere... :S

Yes, sounds very much like Nintendo envy. I especially like the fact they added motion sensing to the ps3 controller at the last minute to try to compete with the wii... muppets.

It sounds like it'll be one of those last-minute jobs that has a very good chance of being screwed up by Sony. I quite like the vibration in dual shock 2's and i'm disappointed it's going to be missing on the PS3. However, if it improves the quality of games, then do it. I'm looking forward to seeing how the games will work on the Wii's controler.

I couldn't find any pictures either. It has to be somewhere. Looks like i'll either have to take a pic of the magazine or draw an impression, which, with my drawing skills, would suck.

vibration is nice , but for the ps3 it isnt gone all the way, its just tone down i heard. also why would the psp need 2 screens?
