Which next-gen console are you looking forward to?

The Xbox 360 was released, but not everyone it ready to go out and buy it. Many are waiting for the PS3 and the Nintendo Revolution to be released to see how they compare to each other. So, which one are you waiting for?

Erm... I don't know. I like the 360's internet options but the gameare currently a bit crap. There all Xbox ports that look nicer.... great. PS3 is the one i'm most likely to get but currently, same applies as 360. All graphics, no originality. At least the revolution is doing something different. I'm tempted to try to get one, but PS3 is probably my main choice.

I like the 360's internet but i hope its only this expensive (£50 a game) because it is the only next gen console out. I think Microsoft might have rushed this slightly though, to get as much of the market as possible before the PS3 comes out. The Revolution still seems non-existent. I havent heard any word on its specs yet and this makes me wonder if the Revolution is massively underpowered, despite the back-catalogue of games available over the internet, some of which are free. A nice touch, but it doesn't really beat a DVD player.

Personally, I want an XBox 360!

Especially after seeing XBox Live at CES, and the integration with Windows XP Media Center. Very nice stuff.

I've seen the Xbox 360 and apart from the graphics on HD TV and its free internet, I can't really see what sets the Xbox apart from the other consoles. Maybe i'll just have to wait until the PS3 is released and see how they match up against each other.

My main choice would be the PS3. The xbox 360 has very nice graphics and the internet looks good, but the games are rubbish. I think the Revolution might have problems with the remote controller, It don't think it would work well for some games.

I'll probably buy the PS3 at some point. Probably when it lowers in cost a bit though. Xbox never really interested me much; I only cared about Ninja Gaiden and Jet Set Radio Future. That being said, I don't know about any exceptional games for the 360.

Now the Revolution... Well, not much information is available, especially about games. I have heard that Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but that's about it so far. That controller is an interesting device and I'm curious to how it'll play.

The other thing is the price of the Revolution. That'll likely be a HUGE selling point to me, since it sounds like it'll be in the arena of 200-250 USD.

I can't wait to see what Sony and Nintendo have cooked up this year at E3.

I dont think you can say the 360's games are rubbish, but they aren't exactly revolutionary... yet. It's a new console and it always takes time for developers to understand it. Most (if not all) the 360's games are available on the Xbox at the moment, but we'll have to see what happens when the PS3 is released.

Its impossible to tell how the Revolution will shape up against the 360 and PS3 until more information is available. I'm expecting it to be behind the other consoles in its specs beacause the GameCube's wern't that much to shout about - and it lacked a DVD player, which didn't help.

Maybe more people are looking for a 'Home Entertainment System' rather then just a Game Console?
